Hydro-energy

REEL are experts in equipping, renovating and upgrading lifting equipment for  hydro-electric plants across the world.

REEL and REEL COH are capable of providing high-performance technical solutions, regardless of the size of the plant.

REEL COH, based in Canada and in the USA, has been designing, manufacturing and installing lifting equipment for nearly 50 years.

This level of expertise, built-up via their North American markets, helps us deal with the most complex engineering projects across the world, resolving the most difficult problems.

REEL COH has supplied the majority of lifting equipment for powerhouses in North America in extreme environments for the last 30 years :

  • gantries,
  • stationary hoists,
  • turbine hall cranes, etc.
