Quality, Safety and the Environment

Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment… These are points that make our enterprise stand out from the crowd.

“REEL designs, manufactures and installs complex equipment and maintains it in operational condition in sensitive industrial environments. This means that all our employees must fully master all aspects of quality, responding perfectly to the needs of our clients and any legislation in force

The Group’s Quality Policy is based upon four principal objectives:

  • Seeking the satisfaction of our clients by understanding their actual requirements
  • Constant improvements to the quality of our equipment and services
  • Constant monitoring the professional skills of our employees and keeping them in line with the business requirements of the company
  • Completion of all our interventions with a constant eye on the safety of personnel

A market-based organization provides each individual entity with both autonomy and the ability to remain close to their own clients.

A continuous improvement approach based upon processes.

Our Quality Management System is regularly evaluated by our clients during numerous audits carried out on our various sites. Its robust nature is recognized by the fact that we have been approved and qualified by both key buyers and by the fact that we hold several national and international certificates: ISO9001, EN9100, KTA1401, MASE, …

Our active health & safety policy is an absolute priority and a shared culture at the heart of REEL. Constant information, training (120 sessions per year), monitoring of regulations, provision of tools and dedicated skills networks – the Group has, for a number of years, been fully committed to a global preventive action approach, designed to reduce risks to employees, partners and clients.

The voluntary development of best environmental practices is integrated into our values of respect for others. We are committed, alongside our employees and partners, to an approach based upon the analysis of our impact, exceeding legal requirements: recycling, collecting, reducing energy consumption from production sites, etc.
